Our AgBase download page provides:

  1. A GO Consortium Gene Association file containing fully quality checked annotations supported by the GO Consortium and
  2. A Community Gene Association file containing annotations sanity checked at AgBase following GO Consortium guidelines.
    The Community Gene Association file is for three kinds of annotations:
    1. Those annotations for ‘predicted proteins’ without UniProtKB identifiers that up until 5 June 2007, were not supported by EBI-GOA
    2. ISS annotations to evidence codes that stopped being accepted as of June 2007
    3. Annotations from community researchers that have not been quality checked by a trained GO curator AgBase curators will check GO annotations submitted by community members and submit them to the GO Consortium.
